Golden Goose Group in Madrid seeks a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to welcome clients and craft personalized Golden total looks. You will guide customers through product insights, build a premium shopping experience, and contribute to achieving store goals.

Fluency in Spanish and English, 1–3 years in luxury retail, and strong presentation and communication skills are required. This role emphasizes omnichannel service and brand storytelling in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1–3 years of relevant luxury retail experience.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze trends and understand local market (online and offline).
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in expressing their personality and crafting personalized looks.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell to enhance store performance.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and embrace omnichannel communication.
• Contribute to store presentation and visual standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR compliance.
