CHANEL in Madrid is seeking a Fashion Advisor to create a unique client experience and contribute to brand image at the point of sale. The role blends business orientation with a passion for the client, acting as a relation artist who builds lasting relationships and supports an omni-channel experience.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, strong selling skills, and styling knowledge to curate RTW looks while upholding brand standards and professional presentation.

Formación

• Luxury retail experience is mandatory.
• Styling knowledge and ability to create RTW total look.
• English mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Create tailored client experiences using the Chanel Ritual and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales targets using products, services and data capture to retain, recruit and grow client return rate.
• Maintain proper, clean, and professional sales space according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Handle client service requests and complaints effectively and according to guidelines.
• Support stock replenishment and physical inventory of stocks.
