Coach in Málaga is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, and contribute to brand loyalty.

The role requires a passion for fashion trends, strong English skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live-stream shopping is a plus.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (EU)
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold Style & Service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
