Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal seeks a Spa Supervisor to lead the spa team, uphold service standards and deliver personalized wellness journeys in a luxury environment.

You will supervise daily operations, maintain knowledge of treatments and retail, coordinate with therapists, welcome guests and ensure a seamless spa experience while adhering to Six Senses brand standards.

Fluent English and Spanish are preferred, with a hospitality background and a strong eye for detail to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury spas and health clubs with proven references.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily spa team activities and ensure consistent service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments, wellness activities, facilities and products.
• Supervise spa reception procedures, bookings, guest inquiries, and upselling of treatments and retail.
