Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to styling standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personal plans.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
• Maintain stockroom and visual merchandising standards.
