Coach Spain, S.L. is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate for our Málaga store who delivers an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and collaborating with the team to enhance brand loyalty.

The role requires luxury retail experience, fashion trend awareness, strong English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and in-store responsibilities are expected.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer use (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie, and reading price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background or social media/demos is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations (inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives.
