Job summary

Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol in Cádiz, ES, is seeking a Royal Service Agent to be the central link between guests and hotel departments, delivering personalized, Forbes 5‑Star standard service.

The role requires exceptional communication, discretion, and knowledge of luxury hospitality. On‑site, full‑time position with opportunities for growth within the property and across the Fairmont portfolio.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and luxury hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented and able to multi‑task under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Opera/Opera Cloud knowledge is an asset.
• Windows OS proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls with impeccable etiquette and brand greeting standards.
• Provide accurate information on services, facilities, and promotions; remain calm and professional.
• Handle wake‑up calls and ensure details are confirmed.
• Coordinate in‑room dining orders with the kitchen and IRD team.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping and turndown requests and follow up.
• Log and close guest requests in PMS and service platforms (Opera, Rainbow, ALICE).
• Collaborate with other departments to personalize guest experiences and VIP communications.
