• Experience in handling events with 80+ guests.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact and advocate for all guests, focusing on VIPs, loyalty, and events.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a professional and positive manner.
• Maintains appearance and ambiance of the Concierge lounge and loyalty spaces.
• Coordinates special requests for personalized services for guests.
• Leads by example, maintaining composure and treating all with respect.
