- Room Staging & Amenity Placement: Verify and restock all required bathroom amenities, linens, and room accessories following the resort’s official room styling manual (manual de ambientación).
- Minibar Control & Billing: Monitor guest minibar consumptions, restock inventory accurately, and process charges through hotel billing systems.
- Maintenance & Incident Reporting: Inspect rooms for any wear, damages, or technical malfunctions and immediately generate maintenance work orders. Log and track room status and incidents diligently.
- Floor & Pantry Organization: Keep the floor pantry (office), vacuum cleaners, cleaning tools, and chemical supplies organized, sanitized, and restocked. Maintain spotless cleanliness along assigned guest floor corridors.
- Vacant Room Checks & Lost Property: Conduct inspections of vacant rooms (habitaciones libres) and immediately log and turn over any lost-and-found items to the Executive Housekeeper (Gobernanta).
- Personalized Guest Attention: Learn, recognize, and respect guest names, preferences, and special housekeeping requests during their stay.
Who You Are: The Detail-Oriented Housekeeping Professional
- Proven Foundations: You bring 2 to 3 years of demonstrable housekeeping experience within 5-star luxury hotels. Prior background in properties affiliated with Leading Hotels of the World or Preferred Hotels & Resorts is highly valued.
- Specialized Training: You hold specialized vocational training in Housekeeping (Formación en Pisos); completion of an Executive Housekeeper Course (Curso de Gobernante/a) is considered an advantage.
- The Linguist: Basic proficiency in English (A1 level) is valued alongside fluent Spanish to assist international resort guests comfortably.
- Key Competencies: You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, physical stamina, discretion, reliability, and pride in maintaining luxury guest standards.
