Job summary

Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol is seeking a Royal Service Agent to serve as the central link between guests and hotel departments, delivering highly personalized luxury service in line with Forbes Travel Guide standards.

You will handle guest inquiries, coordinate with multiple teams, and contribute to VIP experiences while maintaining discretion and elegance throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls with impeccable etiquette and a brand-aligned greeting.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities, promotions and inquiries with clear communication.
• Coordinate wake-up calls and confirm details for guest satisfaction.
• Manage in-room dining orders and coordinate with kitchen and IRD team.
• Respond to housekeeping and turndown requests and ensure service closure.
• Log, track, and close guest requests using PMS systems (Opera, Rainbow, ALICE).
• Assist VIP guests with preferences and pre-arrival communication and personalization.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, and Rooms Division to tailor services per guest profile.
