Prada Group in Madrid is seeking a Store Training Ambassador to foster a culture of Empathy, Warmth, Passion and Proactivity. You will support the Store Manager, cascade training programs, and promote Shadowing: Observation, Feedback and Coaching across the store.

The role requires 4+ years in retail training or management, a Bachelor in L&D/HR/Psychology, and excellent presentation skills. English fluency is essential and you will join an international team focused on excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs in line with business priorities.
• Develop training action plans at Store & Client Advisor level.
• Leverage in-store training tools: sessions, coaching, daily briefings, best-practice sharing.
• Collaborate with other retail functions to organize training activities.
• Perform team gap analysis and build coaching plans with ongoing feedback.
