Job summary

Diesel is seeking an experienced Team Leader for its Barcelona Paseo de Gracia Flagship Store. You will lead and coach the sales team, build client relationships, and drive the achievement of monthly store objectives while delivering an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of managerial experience in luxury retail.
• Proven track record delivering sales in luxury retail and clientelling.
• Excellent understanding of luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients.
• Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Advisors team, transforming each client experience into special moments.
• Achieve commercial targets through efficient organization of the team and product management.
• Lead a high performing client-facing and service-oriented team.
• Coach and provide feedback to ensure the highest standard of client experience.
• Drive store strategy to achieve best sales performance with a 360° client experience.
• Sell on the floor and develop client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Ensure floor-level efficiency in clienteling, display, cleanliness, grooming, etc.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain high brand presentation.
