Job summary

Diesel Store Madrid is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations and deliver a premium 360° client experience in a modern luxury retail environment. You will implement action plans to drive store strategy, achieve sales targets and model best-in-class leadership.

You will motivate the team, manage KPIs, provide excellent customer service, coach staff, engage with foreign clients, and maintain a high-energy, inclusive environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
