Job summary

Diesel Store Manager in Madrid is being sought to lead a premium store and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will set and execute action plans to maximize sales, manage complex operations, and inspire a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a passion for the Diesel brand and its heritage guiding daily leadership and CRM initiatives. This role offers a full-time contract and a dynamic, inclusive team culture.

• Previous Store Management experience in a modern Luxury retail environment.

• Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets managing complex store operations.

For our Diesel Store in Madrid we're looking to fill the position of Store Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Establish and implement action plans to drive the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client;
• Achieve financial objectives proposing action plans and be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to any situation;
• Ensure to provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives;

Language proficiency: Spanish and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered a strong plus.

Compensation

• Salary range (gross annual): €38.000 - €40.000
• Incentive system: 20% on annual gross salary
• Lunch vouchers for each working day

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
