Job summary

Diesel Barcelona's Outlet Barcellona La Roca seeks a part-time Client Advisor (30 hours) to deliver premium customer service and fashion storytelling on the shop floor.

You will welcome clients, assess needs, build loyalty, and collaborate with the team to reach sales targets in a fast-paced luxury environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; prior luxury retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales; experience in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail is a plus.
• Passionate about Retail, Customer Service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to grow and relocate is a plus.
• Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
• Brand ambassador with a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of client desires and expectations.
• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Master storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions.
• Create long-term authentic bonds by making the experience about the client.
• Deal effectively with complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Display active leadership on the selling floor and drive sales results.
• Cross-sell with Departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve KPIs.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge and manage payments accurately.
• Maintain high shop floor standards and visual displays per guidelines.
• Be vigilant to prevent theft and ensure security on the floor.
• Think innovatively to improve and generate new ideas; stay updated with fashion trends.
• Develop and nurture loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
