Tory Burch in Madrid is seeking a passionate retail associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business with product knowledge, courtesy, and warmth across the boutique environment.

You will welcome guests, build lasting relationships, and act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Mandarin fluency and strong selling skills in a fast-paced setting, while upholding store policies, visual standards, and loss-prevention procedures.

Formación

• 1–3 years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales.
• Convey Tory Burch brand philosophy to customers and team.
• Maintain in-store policies, product knowledge, and loss prevention practices.
