Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Madrid to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

As front-line ambassador, you’ll develop relationships, offer fashion advice, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and close sales with a high-energy approach.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and drive purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
