CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Madrid to create a memorable client experience, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the brand’s retail leadership. The role blends a passion for client service with knowledge of CHANEL heritage, trends, and a tailored, luxury approach in-store and online.

Fluency in English is required, and prior luxury retail experience is mandatory to deliver the CHANEL experience and ensure premium service across all touchpoints.

Formación

• Luxury retail experience is mandatory.
• Selling skills and performance-driven for RTW.
• Styling knowledge and ability to create RTW total look.
• English mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Create a tailor-made client experience and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Embrace omni‑channel trends to deliver a seamless client journey.
• Co-create stories with clients, blending CHANEL culture with the client’s personal style.
• Assist clients with alterations when needed to achieve perfect fit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and premium in-store environment and services per guidelines.
