Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and uphold luxury service standards. The role requires coordinating with Rooms, Front Office and F&B to anticipate guest needs and maintain impeccable facilities.

The candidate should have supervisory housekeeping experience, English and Spanish fluency, and a strong focus on safety, cost control and staff development. This position is based on site at the palace resort.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree requirements with supervisory housekeeping experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish as a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of the Housekeeping department to meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, Reservations and F&B to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Manage annual Housekeeping budget, purchasing, stock levels and supplier relations.
• Lead and develop the Housekeeping team including recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and legal requirements and maintain documentation.
