Michael Page is seeking a General Manager to lead the opening of a 5-star luxury hotel on the Costa del Sol. The role involves overseeing pre-opening activities, recruitment, budgeting, and setting up operations across Rooms, F&B, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR and Engineering.

You will build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service, ensures brand standards and regulatory compliance, and drives guest satisfaction and profitability for a flagship project in Southern Spain.

Formación

• Experience leading pre-opening activities for luxury hotels.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and build a high-performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, budgeting, and operational setup.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a successful launch and long-term profitability.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with brand values and service excellence.
• Oversee all departments: Rooms, F&B, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Establish strong relationships with ownership, brand representatives, and local stakeholders.
• Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results.
