SHA Wellness Clinic in Spain is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operation and ensure a seamless, highly personalised guest journey across pre-arrival to post-stay.

You will manage VIP requests, oversee check-ins/outs, coordinate with Reservations, Wellness, and Housekeeping, and drive service standards in a luxury wellness destination. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a strong ownership mindset and resilient leadership.

Formación

• Experience leading luxury Front Office teams.
• Proven ability to handle VIP guests and complex requests.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong cash handling, billing and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and discretion under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Front Office team to deliver luxury service.
• Manage arrivals, departures, VIP stays, and guest requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Oversee cash handling, billing queries and accounting accuracy.
• Maintain PMS/CRM data and drive guest personalisation.
