Lanserhof Marbella invites an experienced restaurant operations leader to join our luxury wellness hospitality team. You will oversee dining services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, lead a high-caliber F&B team, and ensure adherence to dietary plans prescribed by physicians while maintaining the Lanserhof standard of service.

The role emphasizes warmth, discretion, and impeccable manners, with responsibilities including scheduling, SOP development, budget oversight, and close collaboration

Formación

• Completed professional training and several years in international luxury hotel F&B.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
• Independent, confident in solving challenges with guest satisfaction.
• Discretion and impeccable professional manners.
• Warm, charming, approachable demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Review and lead restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence.
• Manage breakfast, lunch and dinner service with dietary guidance from physicians.
• Set up dining areas and seating plans; supervise mise en place duties.
• Ensure compliance with dietary plans and physician instructions.
• Develop schedules, SOPs, job descriptions and training for staff.
• Review invoices and monitor departmental budgets.
• Ensure hygiene, health and safety standards are met.
• Organize team meetings and staff briefings.
