Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Andalucía seeks a Residence Operations Lead to manage owner relationships, privacy and luxury standards within the resort’s residences. You will coordinate owner stays, handle requests, and ensure brand excellence while collaborating with Rooms, Engineering and Guest Experience.

Fluent English and Spanish are required; experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and discretion are essential.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Excellent English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive VIP relationships with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary day-to-day hotel contact for residence owners and approved owner representatives.
• Coordinate owner arrivals, departures, preferences, amenities and service arrangements.
• Ensure owner stays reflect Fairmont luxury, privacy and personalization standards.
• Manage owner complaints with calm, structured problem solving and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate owner profiles, preferences and communication history in line with data protection.
