Six Senses Quexigal Palace in Spain seeks an Assistant Front of House Manager to lead the Front Office, delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury standards and the Six Senses vision.

You will supervise the Front Office team, partner with Housekeeping and other departments, ensure guest profiles are maintained in Opera PMS, manage check-in/out, and uphold brand safety, privacy, and sustainability commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous luxury hotel experience in a supervisory Front Office role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operation of the Front Office to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team to deliver emotional hospitality.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required and support operational decisions.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences in Opera PMS for personalized service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Engineering, F&B to ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Ensure compliance with Six Senses standards and safety requirements.
