Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol is seeking a Royal Service Agent to serve as the central link between guests and hotel departments, delivering personalized and anticipatory service to a 5-star standard. You will maintain warmth, discretion, and luxury in every interaction while supporting administrative and operational tasks across the property.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of Front Office related experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and a professional and elegant telephone manner.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming calls with impeccable etiquette and brand greeting.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities, promotions and general inquiries.
• Coordinate wake-up calls and confirm details for guest satisfaction.
• Manage in-room dining orders, coordinating with kitchen and IRD team.
• Respond to housekeeping and turndown requests with follow-up and closure.
• Log, track and close guest requests in PMS and service platforms (Opera, ALICE, HotSOS).
• Assist Concierge with restaurant recommendations, transport and local knowledge.
• Collaborate with Butler, Guest Experience and Rooms Division to personalize pre-arrival and in-stay details.
• Support VIP communications and profile enhancement for high-profile guests.
• Compile guest services guides, SOPs and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
