Mandarin Oriental’s Residences team in Madrid seeks a Lifestyle Attendant to coordinate and maintain exclusive amenities, deliver refined services, and assist Concierge and Residential teams. You will engage with residents with a professional, discreet approach while upholding MOHG standards across fitness, spa, lounges, and other facilities.

Formación

• Have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills in all aspects.
• Passionate about delivering the very best recreation, fitness and leisure experience for residents.
• Approachable, confident, composed, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Flexible work hours to meet operation demands.
• Good verbal skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively coordinates the usage of the Lifestyle area and Community activities.
• Review the cleanliness of the exclusive Amenities during the shift and maintain MOHG standards.
• Proactively greet, interact, and assist residents in a professional manner.
• Identify and report defects to Residences Management to ensure quick resolution.
• Assist Residential Concierge in desk/service duties and run errands as needed.
• Provide food and beverage service upon resident request for a seamless experience.
• Attend to residents in all areas, ensuring comfort and refreshments.
• Set up AV equipment on demand and maintain equipment.
