Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is seeking a Receptionist to join our Front Office team. Based at our luxury hotel in Madrid, you will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest requests and ensure a warm, personalized experience at all times.

The role reports to the Front Office Manager. We value excellent communication, guest focus, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset; familiarity with hotel systems and upselling opportunities is a plus.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest focus with attention to detail and service excellence.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain calm under pressure.

• Proficiency with hotel systems and basic computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and complete check-in procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Assign rooms according to guest preferences and ensure correct rates are charged.
• Coordinate luggage handling and issue room keys.
• Process check-outs accurately and present final bills.
• Handle cash, cards and foreign currency with balanced cashier floats.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
• Use hotel systems to manage reservations, reports, and guest profiles.
• Assist other Front Office areas as needed and support guest recognition programs.
