Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in fashion retail, premium or luxury environments is desirable.
- Ability to build genuine relationships with clients and understand individual needs.
- Willingness to learn about brands, fabrics and products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, knowledgeable, highly personalised customer experience.
- Build relationships with clients to encourage long-term loyalty.
- Understand each client's style and needs and offer thoughtful recommendations.
- Drive sales with a consultative, not pushy, approach.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and organisation.
- Support stock management, replenishment and daily store operations.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the team to hit sales targets.
- Ensure clients leave well advised, valued and looked after.
