Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor Manager for our boutique in Barcelona – Paseo de Gracia. You will proactively lead sales activity, manage a dedicated team, and drive the complete Moncler client experience to achieve targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury retail, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong clienteling and analytical capabilities to optimize performance. Competitive salary and MBO incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably luxury.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated sales team to achieve targets.
• Engage with clients to deliver Moncler client experience.
• Oversee clienteling, after-sales, and store operations.
