Loro Piana in Madrid seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional, personalized service and maximize sales. You will guide clients through tailored product selections, leveraging brand heritage and storytelling to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include building long-term relationships using CRM insights, maintaining high store standards, and collaborating with the team to meet store KPIs while embodying the Maison's elegance and service culture.

Formación

• Relevant work experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
• Aligned with the Brand identity.
• Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamworking skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the sales process according to Company standards, ensuring operational accuracy in transactions, product handling, replenishment and store organization.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term client relationships, leveraging CRM tools and client insights to drive loyalty, repeat business and personalized engagement.
• Provide high-level customer service throughout the client journey, including after-sales support, complaint management with supervisor guidance and follow-up on client requests.
• Create desire for the Brand through exceptional storytelling regarding LP's heritage and products, highlighting craftsmanship and uniqueness while following the Maison's selling ceremony.
• Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices.
