Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is seeking a Restaurants, Bars & Experiences (RB&E) Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team on site at the Mallorca property.

The RB&E Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest service standards while coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen teams. A degree in hospitality and 2–3 years in luxury hospitality are preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and supporting the team to ensure smooth, guest-focused service across all outlets.
• Providing guidance, feedback, and training to develop team skills and performance.
• Delivering attentive, professional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and promoting food, beverage, and service offerings.
• Upholding Mandarin Oriental's high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Ensuring accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures.
• Taking ownership of problem-solving and supporting the team in daily challenges.
• Stepping in for Restaurant Management when needed and prioritizing personal performance and development.

Educación

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

2-3 years' experience in a similar role

Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage
