Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking an RB&E Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences within a luxury F&B setting.

You will coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams, maintain service standards, and promote product knowledge while upholding the group’s hygiene and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage.
• Strong service mindset with guest-focused approach.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, asRB&E Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and supporting smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

As RB&E Supervisor, you will beresponsible for the following duties:

• Leading and supporting the team to ensure smooth, guest-focused service across all outlets.

• Providing guidance, feedback, and training to develop team skills and performance.

• Delivering attentive, professional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and promoting food, beverage, and service offerings.

• Upholding Mandarin Oriental’s high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.

• Ensuring accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures.

• Taking ownership of problem-solving and supporting the team in daily challenges.

• Stepping in for Restaurant Management when needed and prioritizing personal performance and development.

As RB&E Supervisor, weexpect from you:

Experience and education

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality.

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage.

Technical Skills

• Efficiently manage staffing, shift planning, and daily operational needs.

• Maintain high standards in menu presentation, table setup, and overall service flow.

• Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

• Support training and on-the-job coaching, including role-play exercises, to develop team skills and foster a positive work environment.

• Communicate clearly and proactively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
