Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking an F&B Captain to join our Luxury Food & Beverage team, overseeing a designated service area and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with Mandarin Oriental values. Based on Mallorca’s Puerto Portals setting, the role requires strong leadership, superb service standards, and a deep knowledge of menus, beverages, and guest preferences.

Formación

• Degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience leading teams within Food & Beverage, ideally in a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a designated section, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming guest experience.
• Support supervisors by completing daily checklists and maintaining service standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the outlet’s concept, menu, and beverages, guiding guests.
• Ensure mise en place and cleanliness standards before and during service.
• Operate the POS system, including order processing, billing, and non-cash payments.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service by anticipating guest needs.
• Upsell food, beverages, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special requests to kitchen and management.
