Job summary

El Fuerte Marbella 5* is seeking a dedicated Waiter / Food & Beverage Server to deliver exceptional service across our luxury restaurants, bars, and events in Marbella. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure flawless dining experiences in a landmark beachfront setting.

With a minimum of 2 years in 5-star hospitality, fluency in Spanish and English (B1), and proficiency with POS systems, you will uphold 5-star standards and contribute to guest delight and event service excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional dining service experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
Experience with Leading Hotels of the World or Preferred Hotels & Resorts is highly valued.
Fluent Spanish and English (B1 level) required.
Proficiency with hotel/restaurant management systems (POS) and basic MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, seat them, and attend to customers across Fuerte Group dining outlets.
Take orders, advise on menu selections, and coordinate with kitchen for timely service.
Generate dining checks, process payments, and handle POS transactions accurately.
Prepare dining areas, polish glassware and cutlery, and set tables per brand guidelines.
Assist in buffet setup, servicing events, and restocking service stations.
