SLS Barcelona is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, you will coordinate and execute events, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for all guests.

You will manage BEOs, contracts, rate agreements, blocks and reservations, while negotiating rates and services, supporting onsite meetings and fostering strong client relationships across departments.

Formación

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Sales or related field.
• +2 years of luxury events or sales experience in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and high attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship-building and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute events, including BEOs, contracts and rate agreements.
• Maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in the system.
• Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, F&B prices and services within guidelines.
• Follow up on quotations and assist with site visits and on-site meetings.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts and other documentation.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries with accurate information on services and pricing.
