Grand Hyatt Barcelona is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team in Barcelona. You will support daily sales activities, prepare proposals, maintain client records, and coordinate with Revenue, Events, Reservations, Marketing, and hotel operations to drive opportunities and ensure first-class service.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and fluency in Spanish with a high level of English.

Formación

• Sales support or admin experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent Spanish and high level English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Sales team in coordinating daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales documentation.
• Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
• Maintain accurate accounts, client, and activity records in sales systems.
• Coordinate site inspections, client visits, and sales events.
• Prepare reports and support departmental tracking and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Events, Reservations, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
