Diesel Outlet Madrid Las Rozas is seeking an experienced and motivated Part Time Client Advisor (25H and 30H) with a permanent contract. You will provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcome clients, tell compelling stories, and build lasting relationships.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of a third language is a plus. You will be part of a dynamic team, receive development opportunities, and enjoy an employee discount on Diesel and OTB brands.

Formación

• Previous sales experience in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to grow within the organization and adapt to a premium brand.

Responsabilidades

• Act and think first of the client and their experience; know the desires and expectations of clients.
• Welcome and assist every client providing an excellent in-store experience.
• Be a storyteller and ask engaging questions to connect with clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and CRM efforts.
• Handle payments, returns, and tax-free processes accurately and promptly.
• Maintain high standards on shop floor, visuals, and stock procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
