LA MAISON JACQUEMUS in Madrid is seeking a Client Advisor to embody the brand’s sunlit, authentic spirit and deliver memorable shopping experiences to an international clientele. You will drive sales through expert styling, storytelling and genuine client connections, in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in luxury retail, fluent English, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in luxury or premium retail.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.
• Strong communication and client-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a personalized luxury experience aligning with Jacquemus brand values.
• Build long-term relationships through clienteling and follow-ups.
• Provide expert styling advice and storytelling to customers.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising throughout the day.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
