Cartier in Barcelona is seeking a passionate Boutique Assistant to join our world-leading Maison of jewelry and watches. As an ambassador, you welcome clients, manage waiting times and ensure they are cared for while supporting Sales Associates during peak periods.

You will help maintain an impeccable boutique environment, manage floor supplies, onboard BA interns, and participate in daily operations. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients upon arrival in the boutique.
• Assist in managing waiting times and provide information about the Maison and the boutique.
• Support Sales Associates and daily boutique operations.
• Onboard new BA interns and manage floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
