CHANEL is seeking a Hospitality & Client Experience Assistant to deliver refined, personalised service in a luxury boutique. The role combines beverage service, hospitality area upkeep and close collaboration with Fashion Advisors to ensure a seamless, memorable client journey.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Spanish and English, strong presentation skills, and a proactive, discreet approach suited to high-end retail environments.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English required for client interactions and collaboration with the team.
• Demonstrated hospitality focus with guest-service orientation.
• Strong attention to presentation, cleanliness and quality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a discreet, professional approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-end boutique environment.

Responsabilidades

• Offer and serve beverages to clients in line with Boutique hospitality standards.
• Anticipate and respond to client needs throughout their visit.
• Maintain a polished, calm, welcoming atmosphere in client-facing areas.
• Ensure hospitality areas and service equipment are clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Support Fashion Advisors, Welcoming team and Boutique Management for a seamless experience.
