You will learn and deliver excellent customer care and service quality according to our standards, acting as the Ambassador of the Maison to make every client feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

You will support the Store Manager and boutique team, develop product knowledge, and help grow local and international client books while contributing to a premium luxury retail experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail or service field.
• University education or fashion school degree.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Basic knowledge of digital software.

Aufgaben

• Support the Store Manager and boutique team to achieve sales goals.
• Provide best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and via e-communication.
• Assist in developing local and international Client Book.
• Learn product stories and engage clients with knowledge.
• Assist with boutique order preparation, packaging, and display upkeep.
