Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Advanced Spanish and English; other languages valuable.
• 2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably luxury, beauty, or fashion.

Responsibilities

• Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide high standard customer service throughout the sale.
• Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
• Identify, understand, and respond to customers’ needs.
• Monitor competition and launches, and report insights.
• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
• Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
• Assist in merchandising maintenance and inventory per corporate guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure product availability.
• Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
