Job summary

LOEWE in Barcelona is seeking a Client Advisor Intern to support a refined client experience and learn day-to-day luxury retail operations while developing key clienteling skills.

The role includes mentorship, a collaborative environment, study support of 800€ gross per month, and a daily lunch allowance. Enrollment at a university or business school and valid visa requirements are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or accredited Business School and eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution.
• EU citizen with valid student NIE; non-EU citizens require valid work permit.
• Internship duration is 3 months, with full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Support client experience with memorable interactions.
• Assist in building client relationships and CRM activities.
• Support product presentation through storytelling and knowledge of LOEWE collections.
• Greet clients as first point of contact and direct to the appropriate Client Advisor.
• Assist with order preparation, packaging, and gifting.
• Collaborate with the team and support daily store operations.
• Support Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store events.
• Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional image.

As a Client Advisor Intern, you will support the delivery of a refined client experience while immersing yourself in the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique and developing key retail and clienteling skills.

Your role will be:

• Supporting the client experience by contributing to the creation of memorable and personalized interactions.
• Assisting in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities (follow-up, communication, and clienteling).
• Supporting product presentation through storytelling and a strong understanding of the collections.
• Welcoming and greeting clients as the first point of contact: identifying needs and directing them to the appropriate Client Advisor.
• Assisting with order preparation, packaging, and gifting.
• Working collaboratively as part of the team and contributing to daily store operations.
• Supporting Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of in-store events.
• Supporting inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks.
• Contributing to the achievement of individual and store objectives.
• Adhering to company policies and standards, including professional image and conduct.
