LOEWE in Madrid is seeking a Wholesale Assistant to support the Wholesale Manager and Account Executives in daily order lifecycle, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate service across departments.

You will coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Logistics and Finance, onboard new wholesale clients, assist with sales reporting and maintain client records while providing proactive updates to partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with fashion or luxury brands is a plus, but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Support the global Wholesale team in day-to-day account management and ensure timely client responses and updates.
• Oversee wholesale order management from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor order status and logistics, resolving issues with internal teams.
• Collaborate across Operations, Logistics, Credit Control, Finance, Merchandising and Product.
• Coordinate with credit control on payments, invoicing, and blocked orders.
• Onboard new wholesale clients and maintain client databases.
• Assist in sales reporting, data tracking, and client-facing reports.
• Maintain client files and internal communication logs.
• Support RTV processes, quality issues, and credit notes.
