Job summary

Puig Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our Barcelona store. You will be the brand’s voice on the floor, delivering exceptional service and driving sales while upholding the luxury image across fragrance, makeup, and skincare.

You will build lasting relationships with clients, deliver tailored recommendations, and participate in events to showcase collections. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus; flexibility in hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling fragrance, makeup, or luxury brands.
• Experience as a makeup specialist.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Flexible with working hours and tasks.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.

• Ensure a unique shopping experience and achieve sales targets.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across assigned range.
