Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve high-quality beverages and deliver exceptional service within our Food & Beverage team. You will maintain bar cleanliness, handle POS operations, and contribute to a luxurious guest experience in line with MOHG standards.

Applicants should hold a Hospitality Management degree and have 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, with strong communication and teamwork skills for seamless service across outlets.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Have 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks, to standard.
• Maintain bar mise en place and inventory, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
• Provide personalized, attentive service and upsell where appropriate while upholding MOHG standards.
