Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will craft and serve high-quality beverages, maintain a pristine bar, and deliver exceptional service that aligns with MOHG standards.

We look for 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality and a degree in Hospitality Management or related field. The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and guest-centric service in Mallorca’s premier setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field required or preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Experience with luxury beverage service and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Explain outlet concepts and beverage offerings to guests.
• Craft and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers to standard.
• Maintain bar mise en place, inventory and cleanliness.
• Assist Head of Bars with cocktails, menu promotions and knowledge updates.
• Operate POS, process orders and support cashiering as needed.
• Deliver personalized, memorable service and WOW moments.
• Communicate with colleagues and management and support the team.
• Carry out additional duties as required by management.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends; upsell when appropriate.
