Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca seeks an experienced Bartender to craft and serve high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting. You will maintain bar operations, assist with cocktail development, and ensure cleanliness and proper stock control.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain bar area in pristine condition and ensure mise en place.
• Assist Head of Bars in creating new cocktails and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar and storage areas.
• Handle POS operations and cashing tasks as needed.
• Provide personalized, friendly service and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with management to report guest preferences and maintain stock levels.
