Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in a luxury hotel setting. You will maintain a pristine coffee station, follow recipes and presentation guidelines, and provide friendly, efficient, personalised service to guests.

1-2 years in a similar role is preferred, with experience in luxury hospitality being desirable. A team-oriented mindset and strong guest-centric communication are essential.

Formación

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or within bar service is preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end environments is desirable.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked coffee station and mise en place.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning, monitor stock and report shortages.
• Assist other outlets and colleagues during service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow HACCP and health and safety standards at all times.
