Sungrow Europe en Pamplona busca una persona en prácticas para nuestro Service Warehouse. Te unirás al equipo de logística para apoyar operaciones diarias, gestionar pedidos (20-30 envíos/día) y coordinar entregas con FedEx, asegurando procesos eficientes y precisos.

Requisitos: estar cursando Logística o campo relacionado; buenas habilidades organizativas y de comunicación; Office básico; SAP o Power BI es un plus; inglés y español nivel C1.

Formación

• Actualmente cursando Logística o campo relacionado.
• Habilidades organizativas y de comunicación.
• Conocimientos básicos de MS Office; SAP o Power BI son una ventaja.
• Inglés y español a nivel C1.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar operaciones diarias de logística y almacén.
• Gestionar pedidos (20-30 envíos/día) y coordinar entregas con FedEx.
• Gestión de entradas/salidas de mercancías y transacciones del sistema.
• Asistir al centro de reparación coordinando repuestos, devoluciones y unidades reparadas.
• Colaborar con partes interesadas internas para mantener datos y reportes actualizados.

Your mission

Curious about what you’ll be doing? Let’s dive right in:

• Support daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order and shipment processes.
• Manage customer orders (20-30 shipments per day) and coordinate deliveries via FedEx.
• Handle inbound and outbound goods, including system transactions and transfers.
• Assist the repair center by coordinating spare parts, processing returns, and verifying repaired units.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate data and reporting.

Your profile

Role

Sounds interesting, right? To make sure you feel comfortable and successful in this role, it would be great if you bring:

• Currently enrolled in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; SAP or Power BI experience is a plus.
• English and Spanish proficiency at C1 level.
